Comme Des Garcon presents the spring summer 2018 collection at Paris Fashion Week. Designer Rei Kawakubo called it “Multidimensional graffiti” and though the looks individually had nothing to do with each other, they came together. The collection; colorful, surreal, and cartoonish to say the least, consists of ball gowns with prints of the work of 16th century artist Arcimboldo, red plastic raincoats, ruffles, and graffiti art. Hello Kitty and other plastic kiddy toys were weaved into the hair of the models walking down the runway in the playful, yet structured garments.
