The Supreme and Nike SB collaborated once again, on the redesigned Darwin Low. Released for Spring 2024, this collaboration reimagines the Nike® Air Darwin, originally launched in 1994, transforming it into a contemporary sneaker with a distinctive streetwear appeal. By opting for a canvas upper, Supreme and Nike SB introduce a lighter, more flexible version of the classic silhouette, updating it to fit todays standards.

Key to the reinterpreted Darwin Low is its construction, following both Supreme’s streetwear design and Nike SB’s dedication to functional, high-performance footwear. The integration of a Phylon midsole ensures lightweight cushioning, while the rubber outsole provides durable traction, crucial for the skateboarding community and everyday urban wear. The addition of a leather collar with fleece lining for the collar and tongue adds to the shoe’s comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Aesthetically, the shoe stands out with its branding elements. The co-branded footbed, embroidered logo at the eyestay, and a woven logo label on the tongue give it an exclusive appeal. The leather logo appliqué at the heel adds a bit of luxury. Available in four colorways, the design offers versatility and a way to cater to diverse consumer preferences.
The sneakers are available in a ‘black’ with white logo and accents, ‘white’ with black sole and light blue accents, as well as two more unique versions in ‘camo’ and ‘chartreuse.’ All versions of the Darwin Low will be available from May 2nd, on Supreme’s website and in stores.
