The brand developed the collection after studying garments preserved in the museum archives from the eighteenth century to the present day. These historical references guide the approach to proportion and structure. The collection also studies the passage of time through material treatment. Satin dresses and skirts feature compressed pleats arranged in irregular patterns to create permanent folds across the surface.
