Nike and Kids of Immigrants return with a capsule built around football, family, and community. The latest Nike x Kids of Immigrants release includes select apparel and the Nike T90 x Kids of Immigrants Mule, a football-inspired shoe that brings the Total 90 language into a new format. The project also marks 10 years of Kids of Immigrants, the Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand known for its message of love, creativity, and shared cultural experience.

The campaign follows Kids of Immigrants’ own view of football as a language shaped by real families and real places. Nike and Kids of Immigrants place the story in dirt fields, concrete cities, streets, and pitch settings, connecting different terrains, backgrounds, and styles through the game. The campaign focuses on pride, laughter, love, and ambition, with football acting as the link between people and places.

The Nike T90 x Kids of Immigrants Mule takes cues from an iconic football silhouette and adapts them for everyday wear. The style carries familiar design details from the T90 line while shifting the form into a mule. Nike and Kids of Immigrants build the shoe for the space between street, social settings, and sport, creating a wearable design that keeps football references visible.
The mule also draws from the chancla, one of the most accessible forms of footwear used in many cultures. This reference gives the shoe a direct connection to family life, casual wear, and shared cultural memory. Nike and Kids of Immigrants combine that idea with football design codes, creating what the brands describe as the shoe of the people.

A removable lace-cover tongue gives the Nike T90 x Kids of Immigrants Mule flexible styling. The detail links the shoe to classic football boots while allowing the wearer to adjust its look. The design connects the Total 90 line to Kids of Immigrants’ focus on community, creativity, and global culture, giving the mule a clear identity within the wider capsule.
The partnership follows the Air Max SNDR x Kids of Immigrants, which launched the collaboration between Nike and the brand in 2024. This new capsule extends that relationship through football and apparel, with product, campaign imagery, and programming tied to the game.

This summer, Nike and Kids of Immigrants will also create The Hill, a Los Angeles experience focused on culture, the city, and young people shaping the future of the game. The Hill forms part of Nike’s global TOMA platform, a youth-led, free-to-play small-sided soccer program.
Nike will release the T90 x Kids of Immigrants Mule today, May 28, exclusively via SNKRS and select NBHD doors.
