Tom Ford presents its Fall Winter 2026 campaign under the creative direction of Haider Ackermann, continuing his exploration of seduction through a study of character. Photographed by Stuart Winecoff, the campaign features Liu Wen, Paolo Grebic, Mila Van Eeten, Aluel Makuach, Scott Barnhill, Benjamin Orlan, Ardi H, Kristen McMenamy, Malick Bodian and Alfredo Ramirez.

Ackermann places the cast under glaring light against a clinical cream background, removing props and theatrical staging from the images. The stripped setting keeps attention on each subject, their clothing and the small details that communicate personality through posture, expression and gesture. The campaign expands on the emotions and ideas first presented in the Fall Winter 2026 fashion show.

For Ackermann, seduction remains the central subject. He approaches it here through people of different ages and backgrounds, presenting characters who appear fully aware of themselves and the lives they have lived. The designer describes traces of experience as visible across their faces, clothes and behavior, treating each detail as part of the identity carried into the frame.

Clothing operates as another form of characterization. The campaign extends the approach seen during Tom Ford’s Fall 2026 runway show, where Ackermann opened with sharp white and black looks and developed the collection through tailored suits, animal-pattern elements and transparent materials.

Lucy Bridge handles makeup for the campaign, while Tom Wright works on hair. The Fall Winter 2026 campaign continues Ackermann’s developing vision for Tom Ford through people who appear composed, experienced and self-aware. His characters arrive without disguise or elaborate staging, allowing personality and clothing to carry the image. For Ackermann, the point remains direct: come as you are, stand visibly in your own identity and invite the viewer to look closer.
