Diesel presents its Fall Winter 2026 campaign as a global project built around perspective, community and shared culture. Creative director Glenn Martens and art director Christopher Simmonds continue their visual collaboration through a format that starts in the studio and expands across several cities around the world.
AD CAMPAIGNS
Photographer Verity Smiley-Jones first photographed models wearing looks from the Diesel FW26 collection against a red studio setting. The team then enlarged those images into life-sized cardboard cutouts and shipped them internationally. From London to Shanghai, Cairo, Rio de Janeiro and New Delhi, the cutouts appear in real locations, where local photographers place them within streets, rooftops, markets and beaches.

The cast stays consistent throughout the project, while each location changes the visual language. Local photographers bring their own perspective to the images, and people passing through the locations often enter the photographs. The result turns the campaign into a series shaped by the people and environments encountered along the way.
In London, photographer Erika Kamano places Diesel accessories in Piccadilly Circus, photographing pieces such as the D-ONE bag and D-COCCO stiletto sandal among pedestrians and pigeons.

The project moves to Shanghai, where Fish Zhang photographs 3-D Denim, vivid Bicolor Leather and the new regular-fit D-Heel jean within scaffolded street scenes. In Cairo, Malak El Sawi photographs Wrinkled Boiled Knitwear and Creased Denim from a rooftop with the Egyptian pyramids in view.
For Rio de Janeiro, Rergio Richard takes the project to Ipanema. He photographs Wrapped Up in Concert Print T-shirts, plaid pieces and the Stinger Watch, identified by its spiked face. Beachgoers appear throughout the images, with the Dois Irmãos mountains visible in the distance.

The final stop takes place in New Delhi, where Megha Singha photographs trompe l’oeil cable knit denim and Cut Out Floral Knits during a rickshaw tour through the city. The changing streets and passing crowds give the campaign another distinct character while maintaining the same basic format.
One product appears repeatedly across the different locations: the D-ONE, Diesel’s new bag introduced on the Fall Winter 2026 runway. The design uses a slouchy leather shape with buckled straps inspired by worn belts passing through denim loops.

Across all five cities, Diesel turns a fixed studio image into a series of photographs shaped by local surroundings and unexpected participants. Each photographer changes the context without changing the original cast, allowing the campaign to build through multiple points of view while staying connected to Diesel’s ideas of freedom, self-expression, diversity and inclusivity.
