Dame Vivienne Westwood presented her Gold Label spring summer 2015 womenswear collection during the recent Paris Fashion Week.
With a touch of magic, a feeling of fairy tales and a campaign to protect the planet, our Spring/Summer 2015 Gold Label collection tells an enchanting story. Inspirations include Frederick Worth, the ‘father of haute couture’. Worth’s influence can be seen in our silhouettes; particularly on dresses, skirts and the tailored pieces of the collection. With a similar aesthetic, the Dangerous Liaisons coat, from our AW95/96 Gold Label show, has been re-visited in silk cotton taffeta with lace embroidery – adding to the historical feel. – from Vivienne Westwood
