Christopher Bailey presented his Fall 2016 collection for Burberry during London Fashion Week featuring patterns and textures inspired by British musicians, artists and history. Military coats—made in double-faced wool and layered over pleated shirt dresses are the key to this collection as well as snakeskin, metallic brocade and sequins.
Burberry is at the forefront of the “buy now, see now trend” which has been taking over the fashion industry. From September the plans are direct-to-consumer model, where the collection is available to buy immediately following the show.
