FALL WINTER 2016 WOMENSWEAR COLLECTIONS
Iridescent glitter as stardust illuminates the body in fitted silhouette or fluid geometries with pleats and over volume. Ultra-feminine elements such as lace, lurex, pleated and laminated tulle are combined with masculine fabrics of urban and contemporary allure. Renovated proportions in balance between tradition and research, expressing a new aesthetic made of relaxed and comfortable lines, or semitransparent and skin-tight. Unusual contrast of lengths in dresses and high waist skirts: longs or super shorts passing through the midi and playing with fur or velour coats with metropolitan and everyday appeal. Knitwear as starring role and declined in total looks with important and wrap-around volumes with rainbow stripes in lurex or hand knitted alpaca with maxi braids and frayed edges. Mmulticolour leather inlayed with versicolored effect and iridescent laminated cady define a new concept of elegance. Graphic print, unicolor, in optical design and floral tattoo for pleated dresses in fluid chiffon lamé combined with hand knitted cardigan, deconstructed, in thick thread and neutral colour balanced between granny and stardust. – from Cristiano Burani
