LIBERTINE presented it’s Spring Summer 2017 Collection during the New York Fashion Week. The collection is inspired by British punk, Georgian art, Chinese wallpaper prints, featuring suits printed with miniature portraits, British flag trench coats, and painted leather moto jacket with the words We Hate Everything.

1000 things a day, my inspirations change like the wind…18th Georgian lovers eyes and portraits, Chinese hand painted wall paper, texts. We went back to our roots and used the Union Jack as a print. From the first collection 15 years ago British themes have been prevalent with Libertine. We honored Queen Elizabeth on her 90th birthday…to this day people still assume we are a British brand. – says Johnson Hartig about his inspiration for the collection
