With Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2017 season on its last day designer Roberto Musso has presented MUSSO womenswear collection.

The pace is dynamic, extraordinarily every-day. The quick, light and precise steps are the forms dictating the sounds of next summer. The pants, absolute stars, are constructed with wide pleats like mouldings that play with the light and sculpt the shape. Cropped, in black cotton, they are paraded down the catwalk with the hands of the models in their pockets and a white blouse in light cotton with old-navy style collar. The absolute melts away and the white dress in poplin cotton has the same pattern that frames the face but, in cotton voile, it is printed with coloured tessera shapes. The same print on the back raises the tones of the colours that intersect delicately but vividly. Colour becomes more persistent. The strawberry pink straight dress, essential on the front, hides a pleat on the side that moves with each step. It has a wide neckline on the back doubled by a flap that only leaves a segment open. The top has the same game of subtle impertinence, sandy colour with white profile, combined with wide strawberry-coloured shorts, moved by pleats hidden on the sides. – from ROBERTO MUSSO
