SPRING SUMMER 2017 WOMENSWEAR COLLECTIONS
The spring/summer 2017 ready-to-wear collection celebrates the timelessness of Marimekko design. The concept of luxury is changing, and people are more and more interested in investing in a sustainable lifestyle and wardrobe, enjoying life as it is and following their own path. The new collection also includes some pieces pulled from our archives, and it is very inspiring to see how they feel very relevant still today, and find their place in the wardrobe of the modern woman in natural dialogue with new Marimekko designs. By presenting the collection in a Marimekko home, we want to showcase our point of view on what good design is. – Creative Director Anna Teurnell.
