Comme des Garçons Homme Plus presented Fall Winter 2017.18 collection named Boyhood during the Paris Fashion Week. Designer Rei Kawakubo wanted to evoke the feeling of the memory of boyhood and to remember a joyous past in these unhappy times.
FALL WINTER 2017/18 MENSWEAR COLLECTIONS
Set in Hotel Westin Paris Vendome, the show was filled with contrasts – party wigs in neon colors, rubbery toys and colorful prints made by artist Candida Alvarez juxtaposed with dark colored garments. The collection plays with layers combining asymmetrical tailcoats, oversize T-shirts and Nike Air Force 1 customized sneakers.
