Breakthrough Fashion Designer on London scene SADIE CLAYTON took the latest London Fashion Week to present her Autumn Winter 2017 womenswear collection. Sadie created a head turning wardrobe tying in use of leather and embroidery.

Whilst in the past Sadie has expressed time as a visual whirlwind, a vortex which sometimes overwhelms us, in A/W 2017 she gives us a moment of reflection and centres on the essentials of the brand. Signature shapes are worked in luxurious colours with copper, burgundy, nude and black creating a rich palette softens the sculptural lines. Embellished through her work with knotted and interwoven embroidery this seasons take on her signature bomber has undergone a military evolution, and Sadie returns to mold her signature copper metal into corsets and breast plates which continue to reflect the familiar 3D holes that we recognise from her bomber but are captured in a rigid armour of wearable art. – from SADIE CLAYTON
