New British designer brand APHID, under the creative direction of Carl Starling and Bernadette Bull, presented its Fall Winter 2017/18 collection following over a decade of work in quality design and production on behalf of other household names.
Aphid was founded on exploring form, created to frame the contrast between the light and dark side in everyone. Inspiration comes from geometry, subcultures and the asymmetry of nature and our collections play on the tensions between form and function, fragility and modernity and the fine balance between sensuality and uncompromising design. – Carl Starling and Bernadette Bull
