Discover Lanvin‘s Fall Winter 2018.19 womenswear collection, inspired by the connected energy of today’s women, presented yesterday during the ongoing Paris Fashion Week. Lanvin‘s creative director Olivier Lapidus pays tribute to neo-modernity by revisiting work of contemporary artist and founder of the Techism© movement Krista Kim. Driven by the desire for modernity, the Lanvin woman is cosmopolitan, chic and nomadic.
FALL WINTER 2018.19 COLLECTION
“Silk and organza, wool and cashmere, fabrics are an avalanche of softness, emphasizing contrast with the designer’s avant-garde approach. In amazing combinations, the designer places the roughness of street-wear alongside the timeless elegance of evening wear, confronting the fluidity of long dresses with big volume knitwear and oversized down jackets. There’s a hint of well-controlled craziness in this collection with its sprinkling of technoid effects, which calls for an unusual creative mix.“
