Berlin-based label Maisonnoée presented its Spring Summer 2019 collection on the 3rd of July 2018. As location, the main venue, “ewerk” in the heart of Berlin, was chosen. Being significant for this collection was its cool, contemporary, sophisticated approach. The material, and colour choice underlined that approach. Leather, silk and satin were used repeatedly. Colour-wise, two trends clearly shone through: on the one hand the use of tonal looks (preferably kept in black), on the other hand monochrome combinations.

All looks of this collection appeared utterly wearable and sophisticated. One of our favourite pieces: the graceful pleated skirts! Simply striking! Worth of mentioning is also the fact it was the first time that Maisonnoée also presented a collection for children. These creations convinced us due to their very special- detail awareness, such as sparkling appliqué details, unique pattern and vibrant, bright colours- a favourite in every childs’ closet. An energetic dance performance contributed to the powerful character of this collection and we left the show with lots of new impressions and inspirations.
