SPRING SUMMER 2019 COLLECTIONS
Uma Wang 2019 Spring Summer collection rises from the vision of a story set in an old colonial time to draw a colourful postcard with the moisture of the land and the heat of the air, that are slowly unfolding. A new force is twisted with the local vitality, and some flashback memories from far away are overlapping with a new reality. Under an hot and wet air, some beautiful illusions with a shape of pink flamingos and golden sun are taking life, mixing together the bitterness of coffee beans and the sourness of the berries. The rare shadow of a tree and the ruts left on the road after a short pouring rain give some rest to the dusty skin of faces soaking in sweat. The clothes are taking new shape to depict a restless Summer made of lights and shadows that hide new desires. – from Uma Wang
