Benjamin Huseby and Serhat Isik presented GmbH‘s Spring Summer 2020 20 20 Vision collection, inspired by designers’ cultural heritages, on Friday June 21st, during the recently finished Paris Fashion Week.
“The Evil Eye, is a recurring symbol scattered throughout the collection. Printed on t-shirts, merged with their emblematic double hammer and floral patterns on dresses and tailored suits, all over motif shirts and dresses, the shape of the sunglasses, as well as, jewelry in collaboration with Alan Crocetti.
This symbol was not only figuratively depicted throughout the collection but visible in the collection’s color story, from the pure white looks that opened the show to the aquamarine and lapis blue silhouettes that followed.
For the SS20 collection, GmbH worked on sourcing vegan material.“
