Guy Laroche presented Spring Summer 2020 womenswear collection Madame C., on Wednesday, September 25th, during the recently wrapped up Paris Fashion Week.

Named Madame C., the collection is inspired by Just Jaeckin’s movie from 1997, The French Women.
An elegant woman pushes the heavy glass door of a luxury boutique on Avenue Montaigne, and with a firm step treads on the thick brown-and-white Guy Laroche logo carpet. Madame C. (played by Françoise Fabian in this film excerpt) embodies the famous director of the call girl agency that made all of Paris quake. This collection is dedicated to these liberated girls and boys who for a few five hundred franc notes contributed to the splendour of France. – from Guy Laroche
