i-D Magazine teams up with pop superstar Rihanna for special edition titled Rihannazine that celebrates magazine’s 40th anniversary year. For the cover Rihanna is posing in Fenty for fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti. In charge of styling was Alastair McKimm, with set design from Emma Roach at Streeters, and casting direction by Samuel Ellis Scheinman for DMCASTING.
Beauty is work of hair creative director Yusef Williams at Factory Downtown, hair stylist Andrea “Naphia” White, makeup artist Takase at Streeters, and nail technician Jenny Longworth at CLM using CHANEL Les Vernis and CHANEL La Crème Main.
“For me, this very special issue of i-D represents change and culture.It is dedicated to some of the people who are progressively reshaping the communities across fashion, music, art and activism – creating a more inclusive and diverse future.” – Rihanna on i-D project.
