Designer Angel Chen presented her Spring Summer 2022 collection with a performance show, that pays tribute to classical martial arts movies, featuring dancers Ma Xiaolong and Zhang Yashu, during Shanghai Fashion Week. For the collection Angel collaborated with artist Amey Sali, known for his expressive use of colors and visual work with lights and shadows. The collection fuses East and West inspirations, and brings a modern oriental spirit that is rooted in traditional culture.

The artwork is converted on fabric through marble painting, inkjet painting, colored painting and spin art. The result is an impactful display of cultural vitality.
