Fashion brand KHAITE presented its Fall Winter 2023 Collection, that explores transformative power, on February 12th, during the ongoing New York Fashion Week. The collection brings silhouettes that are both extended and clarified. Familiar textures are redifined with structure and contrast. Outerwear pieces are decisive and sensual. Neutral palette is enlivened by deep greens, and it highlights artfully mixed materials and distinctive finishing touches like baby hems, reverse bindings, and raw edges on sheer underlayers.

“Strong-shouldered coats and jackets are streamlined by thoughtfully placed darts, vertical seaming, and internal structures that accentuate the waist. Plush shearling is sharpened by traditional construction techniques and dynamic accents of black leather. A hooded cape is made city-ready by golden snap buttons and robust materials, whether textured lambskin or rubberized twill. Elongated shapes – fluid trousers, sleek jersey dresses, corset- inspired pencil skirts, button-ups bracketed by narrow pleats–are balanced by cropped jackets amplified by curved arms and compact padding, while A-line silhouettes, godets, and slit hems introduce fresh, flounced proportions that come alive with movement. Tops and dresses suspended from spaghetti straps take on new dimensions in fabrications ranging from layered chiffon to tactile combinations of seamed leather and lustrous shearling.” – from KHAITE
