French luxury house DIOR and German footwear brand BIRKENSTOCK have once again team up, this time for Dior‘s Fall 2023 Beachwear Menswear Capsule Collection designed by Kim Jones. The Dior by Birkenstock Tokio Mules and Milano Sandals have been reimagined through this collaboration. The footwear designs feature a combination of summery elegance and comfort, with functional elements such as rubber detailing and industrial buckles, reminiscent of the silver version of the iconic Saddle Bag. Yellow, khaki, and green pastels adorn the suede material of the mules and sandals, evoking the colors of the season. Moreover, these coveted pieces feature a unique creative dialogue between the Dior Oblique motif and Birkenstock‘s characteristic bone pattern on the soles, resulting in a modern homage to function and refinement.
