Fashion house Etro launches its new Holiday 2023 Collection, a festive selection of ready-to-wear, accessories, and gifts designed to celebrate the season with splendor and joy. The “Gifts of Joy” collection emerges in a vibrant campaign that channels the bold eccentricity of the 1970s, showcasing a mix of creative patterns and a maximalist aesthetic that echoes the Maison’s spirit with a blend of grunge and polished tailoring.
At the heart of the collection are leather accessories adorned with Etro’s hallmark paisley and Pegasus motifs. The Saturno and Essential Folder bags are accentuated with colorful micro-studs, alongside maxi-jewels and charming miniature collectibles envisioned as exclusive presents. The ready-to-wear capsule brings sophistication and casual elegance, featuring a new tuxedo in ethereal silks, tartan patterns, and oversized sweaters that drape over evening dresses. This play of textures is further enlivened with graphic prints, medallion designs, and jacquards in bold geometric arrangements.
The campaign also introduces Etro’s new Eyewear collection, which made its debut on the latest men’s and women’s runway shows, and presents the Etro Kids collection, adapting the capsule’s silhouettes, fabrics, and details into charming mini-me versions.
Beyond the genderless sunglasses, the season’s gifts extend to the olfactory realm with new Oud and Vetiver home fragrances, as well as a gourmet collaboration with the two Michelin-starred restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, resulting in a specially crafted panettone. This Italian holiday staple is presented in a metal décor box adorned with an Etro design in elegant blue and gold hues.
