Fashion photographer Iris Tempelaar has teamed up with nine talented designers to create an exclusive stills series titled One of a Kind for DSCENE STYLE STORIES. All of these innovative designers, much like Iris herself, call Rotterdam their home. Despite their diverse backgrounds – ranging from product design to streetwear stores and organic flower shops – they come together, creating a captivating visual narrative.
The inspiration behind this series stems from various colors, textures, and materials. Each design, whether delicate and refined or robust and distinct, contributes to a multifaceted composition. The story is a symphony of playful shadows, sharp lines, rainbows, and subtle transitions.
While coming together in this series, the Rotterdam-based designers maintain their individuality, standing strong and one-of-a-kind. The designers featured in this shoot include Bobbie Visser, Kore, Stil Leven Store, Stook, Emmy Jaarsma, Foekje Fleur, Iris Lucia, Joline Jolink, and X21. Iris was assisted by Jade de Vri.
