SKIMS Launches Its Latest Underwear Collection Featuring WNBA Legends and Newcomers

SKIMS, the Official Underwear Partner of the WNBA, has launched a new campaign showcasing a lineup of basketball’s most prominent female athletes. Renowned WNBA legend Candace Parker stars alongside the second overall draft pick Cameron Brink, as well as All-Stars Kelsey Plum and Skylar Diggins-Smith, and rising star Dijonai Carrington. This campaign, timed to coincide with the highly anticipated start of the WNBA season, highlights these talented women wearing SKIMS’ iconic Fits Everybody underwear collection, captured by renowned photographer Hugh Wilson.

“I’m proud to launch this new WNBA campaign starring such an incredible cast of athletes. Championing women and women in sports is incredibly important to SKIMS,” stated Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. “Our brand DNA is rooted in inclusivity, representation, and women’s empowerment, which are values shared with the WNBA. We are honored to be the Official Underwear Partner of the league and look forward to continuing our work together throughout the season.”

Three-time WNBA champion Candace Parker, widely regarded as one of the best players of all time, expressed her enthusiasm for the campaign. “I’m thrilled to be included in the first-ever SKIMS WNBA campaign alongside this amazing group of rising stars and all-stars. As I move onto this next chapter in my life, I hope to leave the game in a better place and continue to be an example of what is possible both on and off the court,” Parker stated.

The campaign also features Cameron Brink, the 2024 WNBA second overall draft pick and Los Angeles Sparks rookie. A two-time Pac-12 Player of the Year, Brink shared her excitement about being part of the campaign. “My fans know how much I love fashion. SKIMS has been an underwear staple in my wardrobe for years. I’m really grateful to be included in this lineup of players, especially with the greats who I have looked up to for so long. It’s truly a dream come true to be working with a brand that I love so much,” she said.

Olympic Gold Medalist and two-time back-to-back WNBA champion with the Las Vegas Aces, Kelsey Plum, also features in the campaign. Plum expressed her excitement, stating, “I’m so excited to represent SKIMS alongside such talented women. I love that SKIMS Fits Everybody is comfortable, without compromising on style.” Skylar Diggins-Smith, a nine-year WNBA veteran and Olympic Gold Medalist, added her perspective, highlighting the brand’s blend of comfort and style. “As a mother of two with a very active career, SKIMS provides solutions for me that are seamless, stretchy, and stylish,” Diggins-Smith remarked.

Additionally, the campaign includes Connecticut Sun’s Dijonai Carrington, who achieved career highs last season. Carrington shared, “I absolutely love SKIMS, and I’m thrilled to be part of this campaign. From post-game to travel days and beyond, SKIMS is the perfect brand for me. I love how lightweight and soft the Fits Everybody underwear is, and I’m obsessed with SKIMS for everyday wear.”

Since SKIMS’ NBA, WNBA, and USA Basketball partnership announcement last fall, the brand has taken over the internet with its viral campaigns. This new campaign featuring WNBA stars and legends underpins how SKIMS continues to dominate the conversation in sportswear. The SKIMS Fits Everybody collection is designed for all-day comfort and support, with styles that mold to the body for a seamless look and second-skin feel. Available now in over 20 styles and 10 colorways, the collection represents the brand’s commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
