Avenir, the winner of the Contemporary Price, showed its COMMUTE Spring Summer 2025 collection as part of Berlin Fashion Week. As a catwalk two public streets of Potsdamer Platz were used. In this line, the audience could witness innovative commuting garments that creatively blended style and functionality.
The colour palette consisted of a vibrant celebration of fresh pastel nuances: for instance mint, green, yellow, lavender and cream were repeatedly applied. In addition to that, a bunch of timeless tones was utilized, for example tan, brown, olive, black and sheer white.
Some key pieces of this collection were tailored denim blazers and intricate denim patchwork designs. Furthermore wide-shouldered, oversized blazers were paired with burlap shorts, a combination of very different fabrics. Moreover hand-knit tops and skirts gave the looks a very elegant overall impression. In addition to that, sheer blouses and trousers, made from fine cotton, reflected a light, ethereal feeling.

For that purpose, the fashion brand uses a circular economy model which ensures that products, components and materials are equivalent to their highest function and value. Therefore they produce less waste.

The garments are the perfect addition for the contemporary travelers’ wardrobe and can be used for various occasions, from cycling- to office wear.
