A Ma Maniére, the renowned Atlanta boutique, is celebrating its tenth anniversary in big style with the debut of the much anticipated “While You Were Sleeping” sneaker collection. This release is a significant milestone for the brand and demonstrates A Ma Maniére’s enduring influence in the streetwear and sneaker industry. The brand has collaborated with Nike, Jordan Brand, and Converse to create a diverse line of footwear that combines luxury, heritage, and innovation, cementing its position as a sneaker industry leader.

The “While You Were Sleeping” collection is a spectacular collaboration with Nike and its subsidiaries Jordan Brand and Converse. This is only the second time a collaborator has worked with all three brands for a single collection, the first being Virgil Abloh’s renowned Off-White™ “THE TEN” campaign in 2017. This enormous project demonstrates A Ma Maniére’s ability to reinvent iconic shapes with a modern, opulent touch while remaining faithful to the brand’s concept.
A Sneak Peek at the Collection
A Ma Maniére has released a first glimpse at all six pairs in the collection, each with the moniker “W.Y.W.S.” (While You Were Sleeping). The collection begins with A Ma Maniére Jordans. The first model is Air Jordan 3, which A Ma Maniére previously cooperated on with Jordan Brand. This variant, known as the “Black/Violet Ore” colorway, updates the original retro style with a polished finish that includes “Flat Pewter” and “Violet Ore” embellishments. The Air Jordan 4, another highly anticipated release, has a softer composition with a harmonic blend of pink and burgundy tones.
The Air Jordan 39, a new addition to the Jordan Brand catalog, rounds out the collection’s three Jordan models. It features a textured upper in dark and light brown, showcasing A Ma Maniére’s ability to combine uncommon materials with elegant color palettes.
Nike’s contributions to the collection are highlighted by two famous models: the Air Force 1 Low and the Air Max 95. The Air Force 1 Low, a sneaker culture stalwart, is reinterpreted with a tan foundation, silver Swooshes, and a semi-translucent outsole that brings a modern twist to the original silhouette. The Air Max 95, which debuted at Paris Fashion Week, boasts layers of brown that accentuate the shoe’s complicated structure, as well as modest branding on the lateral toe.
The Converse Weapon Low, a low-top variant in off-white and soft brown, completes the set, with A Ma Maniére branding on the lateral heel. This style pays respect to Converse’s rich basketball history while incorporating A Ma Maniére’s unique style.

This film is announced as the brand’s most ambitious story to date, representing A Ma Maniére’s decade-long journey and profound connection to the sneaker community.

The First Drop
The first sneaker from the collection, the Jordan 3 While You Were Sleeping, will be released on August 20th, exclusively through A Ma Maniére’s online store and select boutiques.
