ROA and Our Legacy Work Shop are set to launch a new version of the Andreas boot, utilizing residual tannery offcuts in their latest collaborative effort. This marks the third collection between the two brands, showcasing a redefined take on ROA’s classic hybrid boot, available in black and brown colorways.

Crafted in Italy, the ROA x Our Legacy Work Shop Andreas boot combines functionality with sustainability. Made from Swedish Vacchetta leather obtained from the leftovers at Tärnsjö Garveri in Sweden, these boots utilize a traditional vegetable tanning process that retains the leather’s natural imperfections. This intentional preservation contributes to each boot’s unique aesthetic, which is anticipated to gain an improved appearance over time through the development of a rich patina. The design is finished with a Vibram Megagrip sole, known for its exceptional traction, and a rubberized toe cap to increase durability.
The boots are designed to navigate through the challenging terrains of the Dolomites as well as the demands of urban settings, making them a versatile addition to any wardrobe. The campaign supporting this release is fittingly set near a small surf shack on Torö, an island within the Stockholm Archipelago.
The ROA and Our Legacy Work Shop capsule collection will be released on Tuesday, December 3rd. It will be available through multiple retail outlets including Our Legacy’s own retail channels, Slam Jam, and Dover Street Market locations in London and Ginza, as well as online.
