Blackpink member Lisa takes the cover of V Magazine‘s Spring 2025 edition lensed by fashion photography duo Inez & Vinoodh. In charge of styling were Genesis Webb & Hunter Clem, with creative direction from Stephen Gan, set design by Carl Hopgood, flowers by Jenya Tsybulskyi, and production by John Nadhazi. Beauty is work of hair stylist Glenn Coco, makeup artist Ariel Tejada, and manicurist Juan Alvear. For the cover k-pop superstar is wearing Serpenti Viper earring, ring, bracelet, High Jewelry Serpenti necklaces, and bracelet, Serpenti Tubogas bracelet – all by Bulgari, and antler corset with feathers from Seks.
Lalisa Manobal, known to millions as Lisa, poses for the Spring 2025 issue of V Magazine as she gears up to release her first solo album, Alter Ego. The album, which follows her 2021 EP Lalisa, is her opportunity to experiment with new sounds and take complete control over the creative process.
2024 was a big year for Lisa, filled with standout moments. She performed at major events like the MTV Video Music Awards and the Global Citizen Festival, but the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show stood out as her personal highlight. The event, marking the brand’s return after six years, was watched by millions and gave Lisa another high-profile stage to showcase her talents.
Lisa also ventured into acting, taking on her first role in HBO’s The White Lotus, which was filmed in her home country of Thailand. She described the experience as challenging but rewarding, crediting the cast and creator Mike White for their support. The series is set to premiere in February 2025.
While on tour with Blackpink, Lisa prioritized connecting with fans, something she felt she hadn’t been able to do fully in the past. In several cities, she took time to engage with them directly, making the experience more personal and memorable for everyone involved.
In April, Lisa will perform at Coachella as a solo artist, building on Blackpink’s historic performances at the festival in 2019 and 2023. Despite the heavy workload, she takes things step by step, focusing on her immediate projects: the release of Alter Ego and her role in The White Lotus.
