Glenn Martens continues to shape Diesel as he reveals the Resort 2026 collection through a moody, club-like campaign. The space feels undefined, part underground venue, part impromptu runway, but the message stays focused: Diesel builds on the energy of Spring Summer and Fall Winter 2025, delivering a mix of raw textures, warped tailoring, and visual intensity.

The collection opens with pieces that pare back the drama without sacrificing structure. Sculpted mini dresses appear first, followed by check suiting for men in heavy washes. A black leather puffer jacket crops the silhouette over a charcoal suit and washed denim shirt, setting a new tone. The addition of an embossed logo handbag finishes the look with industrial sharpness.

Martens then shifts into a more refined language through a charcoal neoprene overcoat layered with a ribbed headscarf and sock-like heels. This women’s look resists Diesel’s usual abrasions, instead drawing focus through shape and finish. It offers contrast while staying rooted in the brand’s evolving vocabulary.

The pace picks up midway through the collection. Martens injects energy with two-tone motorcycle jackets, deep indigo denim, and layers of visual texture. Graphic techniques step forward with airbrushed street art prints and trompe l’oeil illusions, one biker jacket arrives in a surreal sepia tone, disorienting in its smooth distortion. Artificially aged knitwear and distressed details run throughout, giving each piece a lived-in finish without losing construction.

Martens continues to push fabric treatments, especially on sportswear staples. Matching sets, most notably in blue, carry creased and crinkled surface prints across mesh basketball shorts and football jerseys. These athletic pieces echo the experimental surfaces seen in recent Diesel shows, blurring the line between sports gear and visual art.

Eveningwear takes on a more expressive role for women in this season’s edit. Fabrics glisten and ripple with blurred floral prints and abstract graffiti. One particular dress recalls the intensity of Diesel’s FW25.26 runway presentation, channeling its mix of industrial grit and warped glamour. The prints suggest motion and distortion, keeping the eye moving across layered surfaces.

Though Martens works with familiar Diesel codes, denim, distressing, and downtown textures, he continues to push the label into new visual zones. The campaign’s setting reflects that same design logic. Dim lighting softens sharp outlines. The presence of bystanders hints at spontaneity without breaking the frame.
