LVMH has officially revealed the jury for the 12th edition of the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, with the final set to take place on September 3, 2025, at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris. Following the semi-final round held in March, eight designers from across the globe will compete for one of the industry’s most influential awards.
For the first time, Sarah Burton, newly appointed Artistic Director of Givenchy, will join the LVMH jury. She stands alongside an elite group of creative leaders from across the LVMH family and beyond, including Jonathan Anderson, Nicolas Ghesquière, Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Nigo, Phoebe Philo, Silvia Venturini Fendi, and Pharrell Williams, as well as senior executives Delphine Arnault, Jean-Paul Claverie, and Sidney Toledano.
The final will determine the recipients of three major awards: the LVMH Prize, the Karl Lagerfeld Prize, and the Savoir-Faire Prize. The LVMH Prize winner will receive a €400,000 grant and a year-long mentorship with LVMH teams. The two additional winners will each receive €200,000 and a mentorship as well. As of this edition, Pascale Lepoivre, CEO of Loewe, will personally oversee the mentorship process for the winners.
The 2025 finalists are:
- ALAINPAUL (France)
- ALL-IN by Benjamin Barron (USA) and Bror August Vestbø (Norway)
- FRANCESCO MURANO (Italy)
- SOSHIOTSUKI (Japan)
- STEVE O SMITH (UK)
- TOLU COKER (UK)
- TORISHÉJU (UK)
- ZOMER by Danial Aitouganov (Netherlands)
Additionally, the LVMH Prize will once again honor three recent fashion graduates, each awarded €10,000, with a year-long placement in one of the LVMH group’s design studios.
The LVMH Prize continues to shape the future of fashion, providing support, visibility, and resources to a new generation of global designers. Stay tuned as the next chapter unfolds this September in Paris.
