Valentino Garavani presents the second chapter of its collaboration with Vans as part of the Cruise 2026 collection. The project follows the first release introduced in September 2025 and continues under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele.
SNEAKERS
The collaboration works with the Vans Classic Slip-On, a sneaker introduced in 1977 and widely recognized within footwear culture. Designed with simplicity, comfort, and skate use in mind, the model has appeared in numerous colorways, collaborations, and limited editions over several decades. The Cruise 2026 release retains the original Slip-On construction while applying Valentino-specific visual codes.
The collection consists of six unisex styles, each defined by a distinct surface treatment. Two versions feature the VLogo Checkerboard in black with red accents and black with pink accents. Another variation presents the VLogo Checkerboard with enlarged dots. A Tropical Leaves pattern introduces a graphic print within the lineup.
The Valentino Le Chat de la Maison motif returns for this second release, continuing its presence from the initial collaboration. A Cherryfic pattern joins the assortment as a new design introduced for Cruise 2026. All styles include co-branded insoles that reference both houses.
Each pair arrives in special packaging that reinterprets the Vans checkerboard motif with the Valentino VLogo Signature, extending the collaboration beyond the sneaker itself.
The Valentino Garavani and Vans sneakers from the Cruise 2026 collection release on January 15. The styles will be available on Valentino.com, in Valentino boutiques worldwide, on Vans.com, and at the Vans flagship store in Paris.
