The Spring Summer 2026 collection returns with core denim styles and new jacquard pieces across garments and accessories.

Denim Tears introduces Denim Tears Denim SS26 through a campaign led by Ms. Lauryn Hill and her children Zion, Selah, Joshua (YG Marley), John, Sara, and Micah. Photographed by Liam MacRae, the Hill family appears together in looks from the full collection. Their presence anchors the campaign in a shared sense of lineage, with each image shaped by proximity and connection.

AD CAMPAIGNS

The SS26 season marks the return of the full Denim Tears Denim program, presented alongside new additions. The collection expands through the introduction of the Jacquard Cotton Wreath, applied across key pieces. This motif appears on the Trucker Jacket, Baggy jeans, Bucket Hat, Denim Cap, and Tote Bag, extending a consistent visual identity across garments and accessories.

Denim treatments shape variation in surface and tone through dirty wash, light-blue, faded, and distressed finishes applied across the Trucker Jacket, Straight Leg, and Baggy fits. These washes define each garment’s look, drawing from vintage references to shape texture and wear patterns.

Core styles return in heavyweight 14 oz denim, offered in Light Wash and Dirty Wash. These fabrics provide density and structure, supporting the silhouettes across the collection. The Trucker Jacket follows the same construction, using identical fabrications and washes to maintain consistency across the lineup.

A lighter-weight option appears through 13 oz Japanese Selvedge denim, used for the Selvedge Denim (Unwashed). This fabric is woven on traditional shuttle looms, preserving a method that shapes the final result. The unwashed finish presents the material in its original state, without additional treatment.

All garments in the SS26 program are cut, sewn, and washed in the United States. This production process applies across the full range, from core styles to new additions. Denim Tears Denim SS26 becomes available on Friday, April 17 online. The collection will also be available in-store at Africa Diaspora Goods at 176 Spring Street and at Denim Tears Atlanta in Lenox Square.
