Mads Mikkelsen leads ZEGNA Summer 2026 at Lake Maggiore, where the campaign unfolds at the edge of the Italian Alps near Oasi Zegna, a 100 square kilometer natural territory restored by founder Ermenegildo Zegna. The location defines the pace and direction of the season. The Zegna family has returned to this landscape for generations, shaping a rhythm tied to the lake and surrounding mountains.
SPRING SUMMER 2026
The journey across the lake unfolds aboard the Zegna family’s Riva Aquarama, a 1960s motorboat designed by Carlo Riva. The boat carries strong associations with summers spent on Lake Maggiore and reflects a shared philosophy between Riva and ZEGNA.

For Summer 2026, ZEGNA places Mikkelsen along the shores of Lake Maggiore in Piedmont. The setting informs the campaign, with the surrounding countryside shaping its tone and atmosphere. The images focus on a direct interpretation of the Italian summer, grounded in calm environments and a steady pace.
The collection introduces relaxed silhouettes built from lightweight fabrics. Each piece supports movement and responds to the conditions of the season. The Oasi Lino line defines a key part of the offering, produced from European-grown flax fibers with full traceability. This material focus connects directly to the environment in which the campaign takes place, grounding the garments in their origin.

ZEGNA also develops the collection through a mix of cashmere, linen, and cotton, shaping garments that respond to shifts in temperature from day to evening. The Mocassin loafer returns as a central element, reinforcing the house’s approach to footwear. Color supports this approach with tones drawn from the surroundings. Pine green, taupe, and luminous white reflect the landscape of Lake Maggiore and its shifting light.
ZEGNA Summer 2026 presents a focused approach shaped by place, material, and daily ritual. The collection carries that direction through every element, forming a clear expression of the season grounded in its environment.
