The Spring 2027 collection develops the Lanvin woman through a sharper and more sensual point of view.

For Lanvin Spring 2027, Peter Copping continues to define the Lanvin woman through a wardrobe that follows her from morning into evening. He considers how she dresses through instinct, selecting pieces that express sensuality, sophistication and individuality. The collection develops the idea of soft power through restraint, movement and close attention to the body.

SPRING SUMMER 2027

Lanvin connects this approach to Jeanne Lanvin, whose early vision for dressing women continues to guide the house. Her work established a language shaped around the wearer and her changing needs. Copping carries that focus into the present through clothes designed for an active life, where construction supports movement and comfort remains essential.

Spring 2027 introduces leaner silhouettes with graphic lines and a closer relationship to the body. The collection recalls the minimal, forceful aesthetic of twentieth-century designer Andrée Putman, whose work shares certain parallels with Jeanne Lanvin.

Sharp tailoring meets fluid fabrics, sculpted shapes and asymmetrical draping. Elongated lines give the garments a composed sensuality, while each silhouette maintains flexibility. Merino sweaters fasten with grosgrain ribbons, drawing attention to the upper body through a subtle gesture. Evening dresses open across the back, using exposure as part of their construction.

Lace enters the collection for the first time under Copping through transparent layers and detailed applications. Its lightness sharpens the relationship between covered and exposed areas, giving familiar shapes a more delicate finish.

The color palette remains concentrated around navy, black, white, red and khaki. These shades support the collection’s graphic direction and give the wardrobe a clear sense of continuity.

Lanvin also introduces a new Hobo bag for Spring 2027. The spacious design responds to a life in constant motion through a relaxed, slouching shape. Nappa leather and suede give the bag a refined tactile quality. An archival Haute Couture button from 1936 serves as the clasp, connecting the new accessory to a specific detail from the house archives.

Gold heels and geometric jewelry bring a sharper finish to the clothes, while ballerina flats introduce a softer form. Menswear-inspired sandals extend the season’s interest in shifting familiar codes through proportion and styling. Copping presents the Lanvin woman as passionate, self-assured and guided by instinct. Her wardrobe moves between tailoring, fluid dresses, knitwear and lace.
