JENNIE released her new solo digital EP, Fallen Angel, through Odd Atelier in partnership with Columbia Records. The three-track project includes “FALLEN ANGEL,” “HEAVEN” and “Less than a Lover,” continuing the artist’s solo work with a concise release centered on personal expression.
MUSIC
Odd Atelier describes Fallen Angel as a deeply personal project that reflects JENNIE’s approach to self-expression. The EP follows her 2025 debut studio album Ruby and arrives as another addition to the solo catalogue she has developed alongside her work with BLACKPINK.
The title track leads the project and comes with a cinematic music video built around dark fairytale imagery. Fog, altered architecture, natural settings and extensive visual effects create an unreal environment around JENNIE as the story moves through themes of identity, freedom and emotional uncertainty.
“FALLEN ANGEL” follows a character confronting a newly discovered sense of self while searching for freedom and belonging. The narrative addresses the experience of trying to find a place to call one’s own, while the video extends those ideas through surreal scenes and darker visual references.

The EP continues with “HEAVEN,” which JENNIE had already introduced during her summer performances. She debuted the song during her headline appearance at Open’er Festival in Gdynia, Poland, on July 4. The track became part of a 17-song festival set that combined material from Ruby with previously unreleased music.
“Less than a Lover” completes the digital release. JENNIE previously connected the song to summer, explaining that she wrote it while thinking about the season. Together, the three tracks form an eight-minute project that gives Fallen Angel a compact structure and keeps the focus on this specific phase of her solo output.
A larger physical edition will expand the project to six tracks. Alongside the three songs currently available digitally, the physical release includes “sweettooth,” “lockitdown” and “Face.” Those three tracks remain exclusive to the physical edition. The CD package also includes a 12-page booklet, a four-panel foldout poster and three randomly selected photocards from a set of nine.
