JISOO has announced her new single “CLICK,” set for release on September 4. The track will serve as the first single from her upcoming debut studio album, opening the next phase of her solo career following a series of releases that have steadily expanded her individual identity beyond BLACKPINK.
The announcement arrived through JISOO’s social channels, where she shared a teaser featuring the words “CLICK JISOO” alongside the September 4 date. The imagery introduces an amusement park setting filled with dolls and a carousel, suggesting a visual direction that moves into slightly darker, more surreal territory.

“CLICK” is expected to arrive as a solo vocal track without featured artists. Reports also indicate that the accompanying music video was directed by Joseph Kahn, whose credits include work with major international pop artists, and that filming took place in Bangkok. While JISOO has confirmed the single and its release date, details surrounding the album title, full tracklist and release date have not yet been announced.
The release follows JISOO’s previous solo work, which began with her 2023 single album ME. That project introduced “FLOWER” and “All Eyes On Me,” establishing her first musical identity outside the group.

Since then, JISOO has continued developing her solo direction while balancing music with fashion, acting and global brand partnerships. “CLICK” now shifts attention firmly back toward music and signals a larger body of work to come.
The framing of the new release also points toward a more extensive visual campaign. The amusement park references seen in the first teaser suggest that JISOO is building a specific world around the album rather than approaching “CLICK” as an isolated single. The imagery has already begun to define the atmosphere of the rollout ahead of the September release.
With a full-length album now confirmed, “CLICK” carries particular significance as the first introduction to that project. It also marks the beginning of JISOO’s first studio-album cycle as a solo artist, giving her space to develop a broader musical and visual direction across multiple tracks.
Further information regarding the album, additional music and promotional plans is expected to follow. For now, September 4 establishes the first major date in JISOO’s next solo era, with “CLICK” offering the first look at what she has planned.
