LISA has announced her upcoming single “Tarantino,” offering another preview of her forthcoming EP, Press Play, arriving October 23, 2026. The BLACKPINK member revealed the track through social media, sharing its official artwork and a short audio teaser. The song references filmmaker Quentin Tarantino and introduces a cinematic direction that connects with the concept behind her upcoming project. The announcement follows her September release “SaWaDiKa,” which opened the promotional campaign for the EP.

The track continues an approach LISA discussed during her September appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Speaking about Press Play, she described a project that reflects her personal development and her connection to Thailand. She explained that the songs carry individual characters and identities, while the complete EP follows a concept similar to a film.
LISA has also revealed the tracklist for Press Play, which includes six songs: “SaWaDiKa,” “V12,” “Cobra,” “Tarantino,” “Cut U Off,” and “Sweat.” The selection places the upcoming single alongside the previously released “SaWaDiKa,” giving listeners another introduction to the project before its official arrival.
The new music arrives during an active period for LISA. She recently received the Best Pop award at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards and introduced her solo documentary, Always Lalisa, which explores her first year of solo activities outside BLACKPINK. The documentary premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September before reaching theaters internationally on October 12.
LISA is also preparing for VIVA LA LISA, her upcoming headlining residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The residency begins November 12 and now includes two additional performances following its original four-night schedule. “Tarantino” and the six-track Press Play EP arrive October 23, 2026, through LLOUD Co. and RCA Records.
