An exclusive fashion collaboration blends the luxury of cashmere with avant-garde design elements

In an exciting partnership, God’s True Cashmere and WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto have come together to create an exclusive collection. This collaboration fuses the understated luxury of God’s True Cashmere with the edgy, conceptual vision of WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto.

Co-founder of God’s True Cashmere, Sat Hari, shared her excitement about the project, highlighting the innovative approach and the integration of Yohji Yamamoto’s distinctive style. This collaboration redefines what a God’s True Cashmere shirt can be, blending traditional craftsmanship with avant-garde design elements.

The collection features shirts that exemplify the meticulous craftsmanship and luxurious feel that both brands are known for. The designs include elements such as hand weaving and the use of semi-precious stones, with 11 stone snaps on each shirt symbolizing perfection in numerology. Seven of these snaps are strategically placed to align with the wearer’s chakras, adding a spiritual dimension to the garments.

The collaboration includes two unique shirt designs. The first, a reinterpretation of God’s True Cashmere patterns with WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto’s signature fit, features a black shirt with plum tartan and rose quartz buttons. The second design maintains the classic silhouette of God’s True Cashmere, enhanced with WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto’s visual aesthetics and black sunstone buttons on a black and burgundy shirt.

These limited-edition shirts, crafted in Italy, ensure the highest quality standards and are priced at $2800 each. The first release of this exclusive collection will be available on May 27th at WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto’s Harajuku store in Laforet, Tokyo, as well as in their Osaka location and online. Outside Japan, the shirts will be exclusively available at Just One Eye in Los Angeles, a long-term partner of both brands. A second release is planned for later this year, promising to be just as exclusive.
