Sabrina Ionescu and Nike introduce the Sabrina 4 signature footwear and apparel collection, continuing a line that resonates with players at every level of the game. The new model reflects Sabrina’s ongoing development on the court, translating that mindset into updated design and performance features that respond to how athletes play today.

The Sabrina 4 builds on the foundation of the previous three models while shifting the silhouette toward a more modern direction. Earlier versions drew from classic basketball references and underfoot setups, while this release focuses on updated structure, improved responsiveness, and refined comfort. Nike integrates new performance elements while maintaining the familiar feel that players associate with Sabrina’s line.

At the core of the footwear design, the Sabrina 4 introduces a TPU FlyPlate engineered to mirror the sensation of a sprinter’s push off the starting blocks. Nike adapts this concept for basketball, pairing it with a forefoot Air Zoom unit and a Cushlon 3.0 midsole. Together, these components support quick reaction time, stability, and consistent court feel during play.
The upper construction advances through a lightweight build enhanced with a haptic print that references Sabrina’s Romanian background. The graphic forms an “S” that transitions into an “I” from heel to forefoot, while the heel carries a lowercase “i,” now a recognizable element within the collection. The design also features mirrored Swooshes that encourage athletes to see themselves reflected in the shoe.

Additional structural details contribute to performance and fit. A carved collar increases mobility, while a perforated tongue improves airflow and comfort. The forefoot includes a compression-molded vamp that secures the foot during movement. A vertical medial Swoosh marks another defining feature, representing barriers Sabrina has broken throughout her career and her ongoing influence on the game.
Sabrina addressed the development process directly, pointing to feedback from players across all levels of the game as a key measure of success. She emphasized the work behind each model, developed closely with her team at Nike to improve performance with every release. She connects that process to her own approach, reviewing her game each year to identify areas to refine and applying that same focus to the evolution of her signature line.

The apparel collection introduces Aero-FIT technology to Nike Basketball for the first time. This system operates at the yarn and stitch level, using a textured knit structure that combines open and closed mesh zones. The design allows air to circulate while lifting fabric away from the skin, helping regulate temperature during play. Nike produces Aero-FIT using 100 percent textile waste, integrating material efficiency into the performance system.
Sabrina’s jersey and short serve as the primary expressions of this technology, designed for both on-court use and everyday wear. Each piece follows her specifications, aligning with her routine across training, travel, and recovery. The collection maintains a direct connection to basketball while adapting to different moments in an athlete’s day.

Beyond product design, the Sabrina 4 reflects Nike’s continued focus on supporting athletes across different stages of the game. From youth programs such as EYBL to professional leagues like the WNBA, the collection aligns with ongoing efforts to strengthen basketball culture. During her second visit to China, Sabrina engaged with players and fans while working alongside the China High School Basketball League, reinforcing her role in mentoring future talent.
Sabrina introduced the collection on April 8 during her Asia tour with Nike Basketball. Nike will release the Sabrina 4 globally in July 2026 through nike.com and select retailers, bringing the latest evolution of her signature line to athletes worldwide.
