This new OMA will feature an innovative design when it comes to towers construction, the building will cantilever 30 feet over its neighbour, with balconies at upper part of the building and floor windows at the lower part. This the 335 ft (107 m) building will include 18 luxury residences, spread on 25 floors with a total are of 50,052 ft2 / 4,650 m2, and to produce all that the company set a budget of $200 million.
