New five star hotel and accompanying apartment complex in Riyadh designed by Goettsch Partners in collaboration with local Omrania & Associates and David Wrenn Interiors will consist two 20 storey Hotel Towers set to accommodate 650 guest rooms and a 14 storey apartment building housing 250 units. This five star hotel will run as part of the world-renowned Hilton properties.
