Two decades ago Moroccan Medina in Fez was recognised as an official UNESCO World Heritage Site, winner of an international design competition for an urban renewal project went to British Mossessian & Partners which will collaborate with local Yassir Khalil Studio. Rules of the competition made sure the important architecture would get a proper restoration while the project will develop on approximately 7,400 sq m and give new pace to the area.
