Designer Neil Barrett once again masterfully mixes classic lines with sportswear elements, creating an empowering wardrobe with strong yet subtle nod to the masculinity of menswear. The placement of the fabric itself forms a unique geometrical pattern, allowing an ease of the connection between the sentiment of sport's and formal attire. Barrett has successfully continued his now instantly recognizable doze of minimalism, designing wardrobe which is modern yet wearable.
Standout pieces from the corresponding men's collection such as overcoats, graphic sweatshirts, and quilted bombers are now re-appropriated for women. What makes so many of the garments in this collection stand out with an ease of a luxurious yet young-feeling garment is the selection of materials, as well as a unique inspiration reaching to the movement of Bauhaus.
