Seeing Christopher Bailey's Burberry Prorsum collection now almost by definition comes with an element of a surprise, displayed in a form of an eagerly expected special twist on the runway (snow, rain… live performance by Tom Odell), as well as a slew of trends you'll grow to love in less than a year time. Perhaps the most obvious trend-bending moment to point out of the Spring Summer 2013 collection was the colour pallette. Showcasing a bright array of metallic nuances going hand in hand with the season. The original shimmery prints can easily come 2nd, followed by the ultimate revival of the bomber jacket. Taking all into consideration you can already see how influential these designs are with the mass retailers and our very own wardrobe for the now awakening summer.
Going back to the reveal of the women's collection in London (back in September) we are featuring some of our favorite Burberry Prorsum SS13 runway pieces. While some have already mesmerized you from campaign an editorial pages of your favourite fashion glossies, other (equally impressive) have shied away from the spotlight. Perhaps saved up by the fashion editors for the remaining month or so of summer editorials.
