Wrapping up the first day of London Collections Men was the Fall Winter 2015 collection of design duo Ada + Nik.
Both statement and luxury, AW15/16 ‘Noir Desir’ embodies the darkest desires of the twentieth Century gladiator, reflecting an evolution of the brand’s signature outerwear including Italian leather bikers, geometric bombers and longline coats referencing the notion of Greco Roman meets 1970s British Punk culture. Ada + Nik AW15/16 separates are reformed into experimental shapes offset by layered velvet sneakernet, showerproof tech fabrics, crease free memory cotton, sustainably intelligent cotton ribs and luxury airtex – all of which form the nucleus of the collection. Embossed graphics for ‘GRUNK’ are by illustrator Sam Alexander. The unveiling was synchronised with the premiere of the film ‘Noir Desir’ by Haus of Magdalen and Ada + Nik, starring Asher Flowers, Lucas Valerdi, Serghinio Wooter, Alex Santos and Charlie Aprahamian with visuals by Ljubba. – from ADA + NIK
