Designer John Vizzone presented Cifonelli‘s Fall Winter 2017.18 menswear collection, inspired by Valencay Castle, during the recently finished Milano Fashion Week.
“The military heritage is reflected in the energetic aesthetic mixing squares over squares, luxurious tweeds, cashmere, suede and extra fine tissues. Tailoring looks for a modern man of sophisticated and exquisite taste, proposing three way suits, silk sateen jackets, turtle neck sweaters or peak lapels, highlighting the 2 pieces suede suit with tiger print, a daring design with sophisticated tints. The Slim figure is accentuated with slightly longer coats to give a dramatic emphasis to the look. This kind of silhouette remarks the iconic Cifonelli’s cigarette shoulder.
The collection is marked by international style dominated by earth color tones, natural colors, greys and charcoal blacks. The collection is completed with an extreme care for details, that gives each piece magnitude, as high as this opulent architectural complex.“
