“A cast of current students walks the Autumn Winter 2018 runway within the walls of the university of Milan, their clothes bridging the shackles of institution with the quiet rebellion of the individual. Ceremony meets utility – banker’s suits, satin shirts and boyish sportswear are mixed and matched with the new MSGM jeans collection, where parkas, cropped jeans and jogging shapes are cut in washed blue denim. In felt wool, fleece and nylon, block paneled puffer jackets and tailored coats are spliced with college patches, whilst Italian schoolboy graffiti tags become new MSGM mottos on tees and embroidered workwear badges.“
